INNER HARMONY is a high-strength Saccharomyces boulardii probiotic yeast supplement containing 5 billion CFU organisms per capsule. It also includes olive leaf extract, vegan vitamin D3, and biotin. Saccharomyces boulardii is a hardy, acid-resistant, temperature-tolerant microorganism not affected by antibacterial agents or antibiotics. This yeast acts as a probiotic by colonizing the intestinal tract and supporting the growth of friendly bacteria.
